Thank you for shopping with Jersey Mania. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Romania: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the courier, weather conditions, customs procedures (where applicable), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of 50 RON per order.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and product.

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent. Refunds are not provided for products damaged during shipping when a replacement is available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jersey Mania is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to shipments outside the European Union.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
